Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Foam Territory Manager to broaden our fixed systems business across the Gulf Central territory. You will build relationships with contractors, end users, and engineering firms, driving POG sales growth while managing a defined TX, LA, OK, NM, AZ, KS, MO region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foam agents, foam systems, or related products such as sprinkler hydraulics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in foam fire protection or related segments.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow municipal and fixed systems business.
• Identify new opportunities and develop sales leads to increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, end users, engineers, and specifiers.
• Understand the competitive landscape and adapt sales approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maximize satisfaction.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned with customer budgets.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide timely forecast reports to management and participate in trade events.
