Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician to perform maintenance and repair on customer owned instruments and to assist in maintaining store inventory while delivering a high level of customer service.

You will interact with customers, repair instruments with craftsmanship, support store gear, and complete warranty work. The role emphasizes customer focus, initiative, sales awareness, and training ability to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop knowledge including product, store operations, sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned
