New York Technology Partners is seeking a senior Guidewire Architect to drive end-to-end delivery of PolicyCenter solutions in Jacksonville, FL. You will design, review and implement scalable Guidewire configurations, Gosu code, and PCF components, while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

You will also lead performance optimization, complex integrations, and AI-assisted development initiatives to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Relocation to Jacksonville, FL is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration with Gosu, PCF, data model and integrations.
• Lead design reviews, estimates, and implementation approaches for complex changes.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore PolicyCenter development teams and manage release activities.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and production issues; support post-production fixes.

The role will be responsible for solution design reviews technical analysis development oversight code reviews defect resolution performance analysis production support and end to end delivery The candidate will work closely with business architecture QA product owners and offshore development teams to translate requirements into scalable Guidewire solutions

Strong handson experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration Gosu PCF data model and integrations

Review requirements user stories and provide technical design estimates and implementation approach

Lead and coordinate the onshore offshore PolicyCenter development team

Perform code design reviews branchcodemerge coordination and release support

Troubleshoot complex application integration performance and production issues

Support SITUAT defect triage production deployments and postproduction fixes

Experience with GUnit Gosu scripts Guidewire Profiler and performance optimization

Knowledge and hands on exposure to Generative AI technologies prompt engineering and AIassisted development

Ability to identify and implement GenAI AI use cases and accelerators to improve development productivity code quality testing and delivery processes

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business and technical stakeholders

Must be able to relocate to Jacksonville FL

Preferred Guidewire PolicyCenter certification Cloud experience Generative AIAI experience and prior experience leading large PolicyCenter implementation transformation programs
