We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with 8+ years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, application enhancements, and production support within enterprise insurance environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.


• Develop and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and other enterprise applications.


• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.


• Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.


• Provide production support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.


• Follow Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.


• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and geographically distributed delivery teams.


• Manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.


• Strong experience with PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.


• Proven experience providing production support for PolicyCenter applications.


• Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.


• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).


• Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.


• Insurance industry experience, particularly with Personal Property and Commercial Property lines of business.


• Experience supporting enterprise-scale insurance applications in complex, integrated environments.


• Experience working with geographically distributed or global delivery teams.
