Job summary
New York Technology Partners is seeking a senior Guidewire Architect to drive end-to-end delivery of PolicyCenter solutions in Jacksonville, FL. You will design, review and implement scalable Guidewire configurations, Gosu code, and PCF components, while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.
You will also lead performance optimization, complex integrations, and AI-assisted development initiatives to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Relocation to Jacksonville, FL is required.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration with Gosu, PCF, data model and integrations.
- Lead design reviews, estimates, and implementation approaches for complex changes.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore PolicyCenter development teams and manage release activities.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and production issues; support post-production fixes.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and provide technical design estimates and implementation approach.
- Lead and coordinate the onshore offshore PolicyCenter development team.
- Perform code design reviews, branch/merge coordination and release support.
- Troubleshoot complex application integration, performance and production issues.
- Support SITUAT defect triage, deployments and postproduction fixes.
