Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms and related components.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration or integration.
• Strong Gosu, Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, and SQL/PL-SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance operations, policy lifecycles, and rating/quoting workflows.
• Active Guidewire Developer Certificate and Guidewire Studio experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure PolicyCenter data models, product models, screen layouts (PCF files), underwriting rules, and rating logic.
• Write clean, efficient Gosu and Java code for enhancements and scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and external/internal systems using web services and APIs.
• Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and resolve configuration or integration issues.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Architects, and QA in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
