Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled consultant to lead technology-enabled transformation for insurers, focusing on Guidewire-based implementations, digital architecture, and integration with backend systems. You will engage with clients to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and work across architecture, data, and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance carrier or consulting.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience in front-end based frameworks and architecture.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, FIGMA.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, Guidewire Enterprise Engage and Jutro Digital Platform, requirements definition, architecture design, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support alignment of requirements with quick-to-market digital solutions and architecture plans.
• Assist engagement teams with vendor selection and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on business process services and integration across systems.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to foster an innovative, inclusive environment.
