Job summary

EY is seeking a technology-focused professional to transform insurance business problems into scalable technology solutions. You will work directly with clients to design and implement Guidewire-based systems, focusing on policy, billing, claims, and digital portals, while integrating front-end and backend services through RESTful APIs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Guidewire architecture and front-end technologies, plus excellent communication for client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in Property & Casualty insurance or consulting.
• Proficiency in Guidewire and related tools (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Experience with front-end frameworks and architecture (React/Angular, web services, REST).
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and written technical work.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions and support remediation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams with business requirements, architecture, and technology implementation plans.
• Collaborate with client teams and third-party alliances to deliver scalable Guidewire-based solutions.
• Demonstrate engineering skills and stay current on industry developments.
