Job summary
EY seeks a seasoned technology professional to guide and implement digital transformations for insurers, with emphasis on Guidewire platform implementations, data integration, and frontend development.
You will work closely with client teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, covering architecture, integration, and implementation planning across multi‑vendor ecosystems. This role requires travel to client sites as needed and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Translate client business problems into technology solutions.
- Support remediation and mitigation of process risk.
- Analyze business requirements for alignment with digital solutions and architecture.
- Assist engagement teams with technology implementation plans and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with client teams and third-party partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from requirements to testing.
