Job summary

EY is seeking experienced professionals to lead technology-enabled transformation for insurers, focusing on Guidewire, data management, and integration across policy, billing, claims, and digital channels.

You will work directly with clients to translate business problems into scalable solutions, guiding architecture, data design, and implementation plans with cross-functional teams in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire suites and digital platforms; integration with backend systems.
• Ability to design architecture and meet client requirements across projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into technology solutions and remediation plans.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture design, and vendor selection.
• Lead technology implementation plans supporting quick-to-market digital solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver integrated insurance technology solutions.
• Support risk mitigation and ensure high-quality delivery throughout project lifecycles.
