Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector in Norman, OK. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards, while supporting the housekeeping team and coaching associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will also manage inventory, assist with supplies, and help maintain safety and sustainability practices across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and facility cleanliness standards.
• Ability to coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Focus on inventory, supplies, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Verify supplies and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach associates to meet HHM standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and issue supplies as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up.
• Support sustainability practices under EarthView program.
• Adhere to PPE, MSDS, and OSHA requirements.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards.
