Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening the Virginia Guesthouse in Charlottesville, a 214-room property with 25,000 square feet of conference space on the University of Virginia grounds. We’re building a welcoming, people-first team where you can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

The Housekeeping team is the heart of the guest experience; successful candidates will join a dynamic, supportive environment and have opportunities to advance to supervisory roles as the property

Qualifications

Housekeeping experience desirable.
Good time management required.
Able to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
Maintain resort/hotel cleanliness as a team.
Keep work cart orderly and stocked.
Ensure proper utilization of supplies and amenities.
Ensure thorough cleanliness of assigned guest areas.
Change and inspect linens daily per Green Program.
Follow safety standards and report hazards.
Respect guests' property.
Operate and care for equipment safely.
Report to work on time and follow schedule.
Weekend availability required.
