Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar facilities role within hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to read HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Universal refrigerant license.
• Ability to read wire and schematic diagrams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Facilities and supervise facilities team.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve efficiently.
• Develops and monitors engineering supplies, parts, inventories, and administers the purchase order system.
• Coordinates with outside contractors.
• Ensure proper use of EMS systems and Life Safety Systems.
