Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening the Virginia Guesthouse, a 214-room hotel with 25,000 square feet of conference and event space on the Grounds of the University of Virginia, welcoming guests from campus and beyond.

We are building a welcoming, people-first team. As a Host, you will greet guests, support the service team, manage wait times, answer phones, and help create memorable hospitality in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive to the restaurant area.
• Monitor open dining sections for available tables and seating.
• Estimate wait times and manage the guest waiting list.
• Ensure guests' needs are met while waiting.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with seating large parties.
