Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Houseman to support guest comfort at The Smoky Mountains property. You will deliver items to units, assist with housekeeping-related tasks, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming stay for guests and owners.

The role emphasizes attentiveness to guest needs, professionalism, and collaboration with other departments. A High school diploma is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required; benefits are provided for eligible associates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience accepted in lieu of education
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment and techniques
• Ability to read routine instructions and memos
• Excellent customer service skills; people-oriented and collaborative
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
• Valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Deliver requested items to guest units (coffee, linen, etc.)
• Correct any cleaning issues after housekeeping hours
• Assist with organizing and stocking inventory
• Remove trash or inventory from outside units
• Respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners and associates
