Highgate Hotels is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant in Las Vegas to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and deliver attentive service to guests. You will stock supplies, handle carts, and keep public areas tidy while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

Essential duties include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Excellent communication and physical fitness are required to perform this role effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare rooms with guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day use.
• Replenish chemical bottles and tidy equipment.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisor/manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
