The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, dust, and make beds and bathrooms.
• Stand and walk for long periods while performing cleaning duties.
• Talk to guests and team members to provide information and services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings left behind.
• Use notes and daily paperwork to mark completed rooms.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standards and restock amenities.
• Observe proper knocking procedures before entering rooms.
• Record cleanliness status and notify supervisor of issues or damages.
• Secure doors, maintain corridors, and handle lost and found items.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
