Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards, delivering personalized service and anticipating guest needs.

With at least 1 year in housekeeping and strong attention to detail, you will communicate effectively and uphold the hotel's quality standards while supporting a seamless operation in our luxury property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience, luxury properties preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
• Provides turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Housekeeping team as a guestroom attendant. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. With a keen attention to detail, you will anticipate guest needs, deliver personalized service, and help create memorable stays. As part of the Housekeeping team, you will uphold the hotel's quality standards while serving as a knowledgeable resource on property amenities and services.

What You'll Do

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of working in housekeeping, luxury properties preferred.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid U.S. Work authorization.

What To Expect

• Work a flexible schedule with shifts starting as early as 8 a.m. and ending as late as 5 p.m. Must be able to work morning, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in utilizing hotel and workplace technologies to communicate effectively, coordinate tasks, and support seamless team operations.
