Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our luxury Front Office Team. You will be the first and lasting impression, delivering genuine hospitality and personalized service to guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests at check-in, processing payments, and coordinating with departments to ensure seamless experiences. Requires 2+ years in luxury hospitality and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OPERA preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in luxury hospitality or customer service.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

• Handle check-outs, settle bills accurately, and confirm guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a balanced cash bank; process payments, currency exchange, and reconcile transactions.

• Use hotel systems for check-in/out, reporting, and room assignments.
• Assist with reservations and guest calls when needed.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards and work harmoniously with the team

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Knowledge of OPERA preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in luxury Hospitality or Customer Service required
• Multi-Tasking and Prioritization skills
• Work authorization in the United States required

• Work a flexible schedule that will include 11 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. shifts, particularly Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, and holidays.
• Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment that requires continuous standing, multitasking, and proficiency in using hotel management systems and other electronic equipment.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to create seamless, personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
