You will manage waitlists, answer calls, and assist with to-go orders in a fast-paced casino restaurant environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of host experience, is 18+, and completes required ServSafe, alcohol service, and customer-service training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of Host experience in a hospitality atmosphere.
• Must possess or be able to complete RBS training and certification for alcohol service.
• Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and seating assistance.
• Manage waitlists, answer phones, and place to-go orders.
• Provide exceptional guest service and teamwork with a positive attitude.
• Greet guests promptly and acknowledge departures.
• Escort guests to tables and inform them of their server.
• Operate POS terminal to process to-go orders and payments.
• Maintain clean menus and restaurant reception area.
• Follow alcohol-service policies and procedures.
