Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort seeks a friendly server to greet and seat guests in a fast-paced dining area. You will handle guest interactions, take orders, operate the cash register, and assist in maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read simple instructions, basic math with money, and being at least 21 years old. Prior guest service is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math with money and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers.
• Remember names, faces, and information to recognize guests.
• Receive cash from customers and operate the cash register.
• Make change and issue receipts or tickets.
• Read and record totals shown on the cash register tape and verify against cash on hand.
• Relay all customer complaints.
• Serve ice water, bread, and butter when needed.
• Maintain eye contact with customers at all times.
