Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
• Basic Math.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer gaming machine questions related to gameplay and pay lines.
• Investigate and resolve basic bill validator and ticket printer issues.
• Exchange large bills for smaller denominations as requested by Guests.
• Process manual Jackpot payments per policy and procedure.
• Promote Players Club offerings and assist casino promotions.
• Take photos of jackpot winners as needed.
• Assist Guests and Team Members while following all policies and procedures.
• Complete daily tasks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Team Members to address recurring problems.
• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
