Job summary

Parkwest Casino in California is seeking an energetic Host to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, seat them at tables or waiting areas, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for guest service, managing waiting lists with systems like SeatMe/OpenTable, and taking proper reservations while collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and seating them at tables or waiting areas.
• Maintain guest service as a top priority to delight guests.
• Familiarity with waiting systems such as seat me/open table and properly placing a wait on the door.
• Work with a team and maintain an upbeat, professional demeanor during shift.
• Knowledge of how to take a proper reservation is key.
