Job summary

Setsu Niseko is seeking a Bell Officer to welcome guests at the resort entrance and assist with luggage and deliveries. You will work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests and owners.

Responsibilities include coordinating luggage, supporting arrivals and departures, handling courier requests, managing lost and found, and assisting with driver schedules. Visa sponsorship may be possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Business level Japanese and English.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage.
• Valid Japanese driver's license or international driving permit.
• Visa sponsorship may be possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the main entrance and assist with luggage.
• Deliver luggage and other items to guest rooms.
• Support guest arrivals and departures with Front Desk coordination.
• Handle local and international courier requests (Yamato, EMS, FedEx).
• Manage lost and found items.
• Coordinate and assign driver schedules.
• Manage inventory for amenities and lending items.
• Assist training of new team members, including seasonal bell staff.
