Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bell Person to deliver a friendly and seamless service experience for guests at our Honolulu property.

You will greet guests, provide luggage assistance, and help with check-in/check-out while maintaining a polished appearance. Responsibilities include delivering messages, packages, and running errands to exceed guest expectations, answering questions about amenities and local attractions, and coordinating transportation for owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide luggage assistance for check-in, check-out and room moves.
• Deliver messages, luggage, packages and run errands to exceed guest expectations.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
• Maintain luggage carts and track bell cart inventory to ensure they are in working order.
