Job summary

OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark is seeking a courteous Bell Person to provide exceptional service to guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and maintaining organized areas in the lobby. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests.
• Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to maintain service levels under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms.
• Provide information and directions to hotel amenities and services.
