American Cruise Lines is seeking a Guest Travel Coordinator in Sandy, UT to manage guest travel arrangements across our cruises, including air and transfer bookings. You will send itineraries, confirm reservations, check rates and availability, and provide outstanding service to guests.

This full-time role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate travel plans and respond to questions from guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous GDS experience preferred (Sabre) and familiarity with travel bookings and ticketing.
• Experience arranging travel including hotel, flights and ground transportation.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for booking air and occasional transfers for guests booked on cruises.
• Explore flight options, book, confirm, and ticket air.
• Send reservations and field guest questions.
