Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain parking lots, grounds, and exterior areas of the resort and casino in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes a clean, safe environment aligned with the Pueblo's standards and performance expectations.

Training will be provided as no prior experience is required. Must be 18+ with a valid NM driver’s license, and the position involves working outdoors, power tools, and occasional weather-related duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No experience is required, training will be provided.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED; experience in horticulture, building maintenance, custodial or yard maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean parking lot, parking garage, sidewalks.
• Maintain exterior areas of resort and casino, including amphitheater.
• Empty trash cans around exterior areas.
• Use power washing equipment for outside areas.
• Operate parking lot/sweeper and cleaning tools safely.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and wear PPE at all times.
