Bass Pro Shops is seeking an entry level Transportation Coordinator to manage transportation activities for guests and staff, ensuring a seamless experience during their stay. The role involves coordinating services, scheduling drivers and vehicles, and collaborating with onsite teams to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires 1–2 years in transportation coordination or dispatch, strong communication, clerical accuracy, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation services for guests and employees to ensure timely, efficient travel.
• Oversee scheduling of transportation, ensuring vehicles and drivers are available as needed.
• Communicate with onsite teams to resolve concerns and share up-to-date information.
• Monitor operations and address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and daily logs and trip reports related to transportation.
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping to coordinate transportation across the property.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
