Job summary

Qualifications

• Must show schedule flexibility and willingness to work varied hours, holidays and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales capacity preferred.
• Writing clearly for various audiences and channels is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist team leads and travel consultants to maximize sales and bookings.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for accommodation, activities, dining, golf, marina and spa.
• Provide consistent communication with guests and departments by recording and processing bookings and amendments.
