Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Dallas to create an exceptional tenant and guest experience in a premier corporate setting. You will blend hospitality, service, events, and operations to deliver a welcoming atmosphere and engage tenants.

The role requires an outgoing, service-oriented professional who can build relationships, anticipate needs, and provide concierge-level support. Onsite work, contract-to-hire path, and local knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, guest relations, workplace experience, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in hotels, private clubs, premium residential communities, luxury retail, or corporate hospitality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants, visitors, and guests.
• Provide warm, professional welcome and concierge-style support.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals, directions, registration and guest communications.
• Plan and execute tenant engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate vendors, catering, logistics, and communications for events.
