Job summary

Yurbban Hospitality Group is hiring a Customer Success - Automated Properties Agent in Miami Beach, FL. You will manage guest inquiries across automated properties, provide remote and on-site assistance, and respond to system alerts to ensure seamless experiences.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with at least 3 years in hospitality. Experience with PMS systems like Opera/GoConcierge is a plus. This is a 100% on-site role at our Miami location.

Qualifications

• Languages: professional English and Spanish required.
• Minimum experience: 3 years in hospitality.
• Office automation knowledge and PMS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations and guest inquiries for automated properties.
• Provide remote and in-person support for check-in/check-out and access codes.
• Respond to system alerts and coordinate with on-site teams for timely resolutions.
• Maintain logs of interactions, actions, and resolutions.
• Support guests with digital tools like kiosks, reservation platforms and payment systems.
