Yurbban Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Uma House By Yurbban South Beach in Miami Beach, FL. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, and handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hospitality, excellent English, strong Spanish, and experience with PMS systems like Opera, GoConcierge, and Nuvolo. You will multitask, resolve issues, and work weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, ideally at Front Desk or guest-facing role.
• Excellent English communication; good Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Familiar with hotel PMS and applications; Opera, GoConcierge, Nuvolo, MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, guest assistance, escorting, and cashiering per standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and OTA platforms.
• Document guest requests accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle guest complaints, track resolutions, and report trends.
• Maintain clean, organized Front Office areas and storerooms.
• Deliver prompt, friendly service and clear information to guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, staying calm in emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and procedures.
• Support training and development of new employees per standards.
• Participate in team meetings and CSR initiatives.
• Handle confidential guest information securely.
