Job summary

Destination Geneva National in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks a Shuttle/Bell Services staff member to provide seamless guest experiences across shuttle transportation and bellhop tasks. The role combines luggage assistance, concierge support, and safe driving for guests to golf courses, dining, and attractions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, reliable customer service, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests safely and punctually to designated locations.
• Assist passengers with boarding/disembarking and loading luggage/golf bags.
• Greet guests and provide concierge information; ensure lobby areas are clean and welcoming.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel, and safety compliance.
• May include evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts.
