Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms while ensuring familiarity with room features.

This role rewards friendly, attentive service at a AAA Four Diamond resort. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred and 6+ months of guest service experience is required; flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a guest service role.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with basic computer and radio knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and stay attentive during busy periods or emergencies.
• Assist with luggage and transport items to guest rooms using a bell cart.
• Match luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and manage luggage storage as needed.
• Direct guests to hotel areas and provide helpful information.
