Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Trolley Driver to safely transport guests around the resort and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will need a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to sit and drive for long periods; prior hospitality experience is a plus. This role features flexible scheduling and access to the resort’s amenities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Driving background check required.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sit and drive for long periods.
• Excellent communication and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office team.
