Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or room service preferred.
• Strong memory for menu details and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Master all menu items, garnishments, and plate setups.
• Handle In-Room Dining calls, take orders, quote delivery times, answer questions.
• Take reservations calls and assist guests with inquiries.
• Expedite food from kitchen and ensure table-ready presentation.
• Deliver orders, condiments, and requests promptly.
• Greet guests using the 15/5 rule and maintain a welcoming experience.
• Maintain health standards and a clean work environment.
• Support team and perform additional duties as requested.
