Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Trolley Driver to safely transport guests around the resort and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will need a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to sit and drive for long periods; prior hospitality experience is a plus. This role features flexible scheduling and access to the resort’s amenities.

What will you be doing?

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.


• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.


• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.


• Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team.


• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check.


• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.


• Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.


• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.


• Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
