Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely on site and assist with vehicle upkeep. This seasonal role requires availability on weekdays and weekends, with shifts from early morning to late evening.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will log trips and follow resort procedures while providing exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be within Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to understand and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to physically sit or stand for multiple hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Transporting passengers safely and courteously from origin to destination.
• Perform side-works such as washing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing vehicles to keep shuttle area attractive.
• Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Adhere to safety standards including security reporting of suspicious activities and following driving procedures.
• Help guests load and unload luggage and golf clubs from shuttle buses.
• Be knowledgeable of Kohler resort operations, layout, amenities, hours, and attractions.
