Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver's license with clean record.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic safety training and willingness to obtain certifications.
• Comfortable with driving duties and vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Check shuttle log and board; note special shuttle requirements or discounts.
• Greet guests per company standards and acknowledge service needs.
• Assist guests, including those with disabilities, and show appreciation.
• Document trips before and after each shuttle.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure cleanliness inside and out.
• Check tires, fluids and refuel as needed; ensure safety systems function.
• Stock supplies (First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, etc.) and report maintenance.
• Report injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
