Responsibilities

• Check Shuttle Log/shuttle board and note special requirements.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Assist guests with disabilities.
• Document trips before and after each ride.
• Inspect vehicle interior and exterior for cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect tires, fluids, lights and fuel as needed.
• Ensure safety equipment is present and functional.
• Notify management of maintenance needs and incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
