Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Guest Experience Associate) to join a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. You will share service knowledge, drive guest engagement, and help guests feel confident through personalized consultations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth, incentives, and competitive compensation including commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals in retail or beauty environments preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to open/close the center as a key holder; flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $15-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
