Job summary

Wax Center Partners in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Assistant Manager to lead the front desk team and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will mentor staff, exceed sales goals, manage center operations, and partner with the Center Manager to implement growth initiatives while upholding standards of excellence and providing outstanding guest experiences to each visitor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to four years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with general computer literacy.
• Experience in POS and electronic booking systems preferred.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
• Flexible work schedule availability, including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Able to work a full time schedule of 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk Guest Service Associate team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Support in inventory analysis and center procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Assist in training and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and company leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall center business success.

Physical Demands

Salary Description

Avg. $25 - $40/hour incl. base rate, bonus, commission structures

$18 hour base, 3% commission, + bonus opportunity!
