European Wax Center, Inc. is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Guest Experience Associate) in a fast-paced beauty retail setting. You will share service knowledge, identify guest needs, and drive sales while delivering unforgettable experiences that boost guest confidence.

The role emphasizes teamwork with Wax Specialists, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and opportunities for commissions, bonuses, and growth within a supportive training-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability.
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Job Experience/Skill Set:

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.

Salary Description
