Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, match, and assist guests with luggage and tags; detach portion for guests.
• Greet guests and drive them to requested destinations.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Escort guests to accommodations and visually inspect rooms.
• Organize and store luggage in designated areas.
• Answer questions and offer assistance about hotel services.
• Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
