Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Atlanta is hiring a Bellperson/Van Driver for a part-time role. Shifts include Morning, Mid-day and Evening with open availability for weekdays and weekends.

You will assist guests with luggage, provide transportation to destinations, greet guests, and help create a seamless arrival and departure experience. A valid driver's license is required, and tips are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Available for morning, mid-day and evening shifts, including weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Read, match, and assist guests with luggage/tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest(s).
• Greet guests and drive guests to destinations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
• Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.
• Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests.
• Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Stock the pantry for guests
• Must have valid driver's license.
