Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Load and unload luggage carts; deliver luggage and amenities to rooms.
• Assist with room changes and store luggage with tags.
• Provide information, maps and directions to guests; maintain attraction lists.
• Report safety or guest hazards to management; follow hotel policies.
