Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a part-time Bellperson/Van Driver in Atlanta to assist guests with luggage, drive guests to destinations, and provide exceptional service. You will warmly greet guests, help with arrival and departure processes, and support the front desk with guest requests. A valid driver’s license is required and shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings including weekends. The role emphasizes proactive, guest-focused hospitality.

• Read, match, and assist guests with luggage and tags; detach portion for guests.

• Organize and store luggage in designated areas.
• Answer questions and offer assistance about hotel services.
• Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

We are hiring a Bellperson/Van Driver

Shift Times: Morning/Mid-day/Evening shifts (must have open availability for weekdays and weekends)

Part-time position only

Job Details:

To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information and other

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Read, match, and assist guests with luggage/tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest(s).
• 2. Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
• 3. Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 4. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
• 5. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area.
• 4. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests.
• 5. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
• 6. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
• 7. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• 8. Stock the pantry for guests
• 9. Must have valid driver's license.
