Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Indio, CA. You will provide hospitality, greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and share local information to improve guest experiences.

Daily duties include handling ticketing, payments, and guest requests, while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout shifts. The role supports a friendly, efficient operation and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Ability to read and write standard English and follow instructions.
• Ability to use proper phone etiquette and handle guest inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect ticket information and keys.
• Ensure accurate handling of revenue and guest folios.
