Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly while assisting with luggage and bell services where applicable. The role requires friendly engagement and accurate handling of tickets, keys and guest folios.

Comfort with basic math, time management, and strong English communication is essential. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED are required for this on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance where applicable.
• One month related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge by name when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi/reservation information and local area details as required.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage keys, tickets and folios accurately.
